Reclaim is outbound customer warranty & claims for Finance & Operations, the closed loop Dynamics doesn't ship (its native warranty features are either informational vendor warranty on what you buy, or field-service coverage with no claims engine). Register warranty terms and coverage on the serialized products you sell, then take each customer claim from intake through validation and adjudication to a clear disposition: repair, replace, credit, refund, or goodwill. When a defective component is at fault, raise a supplier recovery claim to charge the cost back to the vendor; run recalls and field actions across the affected units; and accrue warranty reserves to the subledger. Built for discrete, industrial, high-tech, and consumer-goods manufacturers, not the auto-dealer model.
