The sales model is part of the product.
Enterprise buyers know their own environment better than any salesperson does, so our job is to be specific, honest, and out of the way. That translates into a few commitments.
04 / How buying works
Self-service, start to finish.
You download a signed F&O package and install it into a sandbox yourself, free, and run it there for as long as you like. When an add-on has earned its place in production, you place the order online and we bill by invoice: purchase order or wire, no card required. On payment we activate the production license.
A second production instance needs its own subscription, and that is the whole pricing story. No usage tiers to forecast, no seats to true up, no renewal surprises. If a product stops earning its place, you stop renewing it.
