Approvals that fit reality
Approve only what changed, govern the order types native workflow skips, and enforce it in the transaction, not after the fact.
Dynamics workflow covers some approvals but not others, and where it does, a single edit restarts the whole approval from step one. Whole document and order types can't be governed at all. And when an auditor asks who changed a record, or who looked at sensitive data, the platform can tell you almost nothing: the database log is change-only, table by table, and captures no reads at all.
Warden closes both gaps. It adds field-level change approval that resumes at the change instead of restarting, extends control to the documents and order types standard workflow ignores, and can lock posted transactions against edits. Alongside it keeps a complete, tamper-evident activity trail (every change and every read, by named user, across the tables you choose), so you can answer "who changed this, and who saw it" with evidence.
What it means for you
